The staff was super friendly, greeting us every time we passed, which made our stay feel really welcoming. The outdoor pool was a huge hit with the kids—great views too! The breakfast was pretty good with a fun pancake machine. Just wish the prices weren't so steep for what you get.

The hotel’s central location allowed us to easily explore the historical sites like the Oldest House in Middlesboro, just over 2 km away, and enjoy the beautiful trails at Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, which is only a short drive at just a couple of kilometers down the road. as a family with children, we appreciated having plenty of nearby dining options too, like Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, for quick meals after our adventures, but I do wish the pool hours were a bit later in the evening for more flexibility.

The outdoor pool had a beautiful view and was well kept my kids couldn't get enough of the pancake making machine at breakfast and honestly neither could I it was great seeing their faces light up with every pancake

Location-wise, it was perfect for my visit, even though some road noise came from the front-facing rooms. I slept well overall.
